Method 1: Mix rice noodles (6 taels), beef (1 tael), bean sprouts (2 taels), dark soy sauce, MSG, light soy sauce, and sugar in appropriate amounts and set aside.

First put the marinated beef into the pan. Be sure to spread the beef out flat, fry one side and then turn it over to fry the other side.

1. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry until 80% cooked, then set aside.

2. Heat the oil and add the rice noodles. Stir the prepared sauce and pour it on the noodles. Stir-fry for a few times.

3. Pour in the fried beef sprouts, stir well and serve.

Ingredients for method 2: rice noodles, eggs, salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, starch, onions, ginger, and chicken essence.

Add shredded carrots and stir-fry until slightly soft, add the sauce, and finally add scallions and fried eggs and stir well;

Add chicken stock and stir well.

Ingredients for step 3: Rice noodles, eggs, pork, mung bean sprouts, cabbage salad, oil, soy sauce, salt, onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, starch, sugar

Beat the eggs, add a little salt and sugar; cut the pork into strips and marinate with soy sauce, starch and cooking wine for 5 minutes;

Cut cabbage, ginger and garlic into shreds, and cut green onions into chopped green onions for later use;

Cut the egg pancake into strips and set aside. Add the shredded pork into the pan and stir-fry until it changes color. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Add ginger and garlic until fragrant, then stir-fry green bean sprouts and shredded cabbage;

Add rice noodles and stir-fry slightly;

Add the reserved shredded eggs and shredded pork, stir-fry and add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine and soy sauce for seasoning;

Finally add the chopped green onions.
