Pour the paste into the cream and mix well. Put them in a freezable container and place it in the freezer. Take it out and stir it every hour. Stir three or four times. When eating the frozen ice cream, drizzle a little melted chocolate on it. The next step is to make the egg rolls. Beat the egg whites and sugar evenly, add the melted butter and mix well, sift in the low flour and mix evenly with a spatula. Heat the pan, pour in a little batter, stir evenly, and heat over low heat. Turn over when one side is cooked, and wait until the omelet has a certain hardness, and shape it while hot. It will be very crispy when it cools down. Then put the prepared ice cream on it and the handmade ice cream cone is ready.

Cooking tips: Heat the egg and milk mixture on low heat and stir constantly. Don't be lazy, otherwise it will easily turn into egg drops. Turn off the heat before boiling and mix the cream after cooling. The amount of strawberries is up to your preference. Strawberries are a bit sour, and putting too many will affect the taste and cause ice cream to form ice chips. When making egg rolls, heat them on low heat and shape them while hot. Using an egg roll machine will get you twice the result with half the effort, but be a little more cautious when using a frying pan.
