How to make vanilla cream filling

1. Ingredients: 200g milk, 50g fine sugar, 2 egg yolks, 10g corn starch, 10g low flour, a few drops of vanilla extract, 100ml animal whipping cream

2. Separate the egg yolk

3. Sift the mixed flour and corn starch into the egg yolk

4. Mix well

5. Milk with sugar

6. Pour into the milk pot and bring to boil

7. Slowly pour 1/3 of the boiled milk into the prepared egg yolk batter, stirring constantly while pouring to prevent the egg yolk batter from clumping.

8. After the milk and egg yolk batter are evenly mixed, pour them all back into the milk pot

9. Heat the milk pan again on low heat, stirring constantly while heating until the batter boils

10. Remove from heat immediately after it becomes thick

11. Immediately put the cooked egg and milk mud into ice water and stir constantly to keep the egg and milk mud fine and smooth without lumps or bumps.

12. Add a few drops of vanilla extract

13. After cooling, cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator

14. Whip 100ml of whipped cream until it has a pattern.

15. Mix with the cooled egg paste and stir thoroughly to make the vanilla cream filling.

16. Prepare the piping nozzle, piping bag, and wide-mouth bottle

17. Put the cream filling into the piping bag
