5. Boil water in a pot to blanch the shepherd's purse. The water surface should be wide. After the water boils, add cooking oil and salt to the water, and then put the washed shepherd's purse in.

6. After it changes color, take it out and rinse it with water.

7. When it is cool enough to not be hot to the touch, squeeze out excess water and cut into small pieces.

8. Put it into a bowl, add oil and salt for seasoning, and mix it thoroughly with the minced meat.

9. Knead the dough with sugar, divide it into small pieces, and roll them into dumpling skins.

10. Start wrapping. You can wrap it in any shape according to your preference.
