9. Wash the millet and put it in the pot, then add 10 times the water, bring to a boil over high heat, add scallion segments and 2 slices of ginger, and simmer until the rice blooms (if you have little time in the morning, you can wash the millet and soak it in water before going to bed, and cook it directly in the morning, it will be ready in about 10 minutes)

10. Add the diced carrots and celery into the millet porridge and mix well.

11. Add the shrimp paste, then add salt and a little pepper to taste, bring to a boil, then add a little sesame oil and stir well before turning off the heat
