Spicy and crispy recipe

1. Chop the pork into small pieces, chop the green onion and ginger and set aside, and prepare a little Chinese mustard greens (I pickled it myself and chopped it up when pickling it).

2.12 Put a little peanut oil in the pot, add the minced pork and stir-fry over low heat, add onion and ginger, and add cooking wine.

3.21 After the pork has released oil, add the Chinese mustard greens and continue to stir-fry over low heat.

4. Add a little sweet noodle sauce, stir fry evenly and serve. (No need to add salt, sweet noodle sauce and Chinese mustard are both very salty)

5. Prepare a bowl of suitable size for noodles, put a spoonful of light soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce, a little vinegar, a little bit of salt, a little sugar, three spoonfuls of broth, and appropriate amount of chili oil.

6.1 Add the fried minced meat and blanched spinach and sprinkle with chives. (Blanche the spinach directly in the soup used to cook the noodles)

7.2 Put the cooked noodles into a bowl.

8. Just mix it and you can start eating.

10. Here’s another picture of my pickled Chinese mustard greens. The big bottles were not filled. This is my first time making pickled vegetables, so I only bought two pounds of fresh Chinese mustard greens to try it out. I opened it today, and it tastes pretty good.
