How to make very tender boiled chicken breast

1. Add water to the pot and turn on the fire. Prepare the ingredients while the water is boiling (be sure to add more water). Make a cross cut on the chicken breast, add appropriate amount of tenderizer, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper and marinate for 10 minutes

Cover the pot and cook until the water boils for one minute, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes (the more water, the shorter the simmering time). Tips

Here are some better ways to cook chicken breast

1. Fresh and tender fried chicken breast

Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, some olive oil, some black pepper, some garlic salt (or garlic and salt)

Lay two chicken breasts flat on the chopping board, cover them with a layer of plastic wrap, and then use a meat beater to flatten them evenly. Tear off the plastic wrap and sprinkle black pepper, garlic salt and appropriate amount of olive oil (a small amount) on them. Massage back and forth and place them in the refrigerator for a while. Ingredients: Rice water, mushrooms, Japanese soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken

Put the cut chicken breasts into small and medium pieces in a safety box, pour in a little soy sauce, appropriate amount of five-spice powder, pepper, salt and sugar substitute, massage slightly and marinate for more than half an hour. If you want it to be more flavorful, you can marinate it in the refrigerator overnight. Crush the prepared amount of crispy oatmeal in a blender, or put it in a bag and crush it manually with any utensil. Add the above seasonings (five-spice powder, pepper, salt, a little sugar substitute) to the crispy oatmeal powder and mix well. Coat the marinated chicken pieces with powder one by one and arrange them on a plate. Cover with a layer of plastic wrap. Poke a few small holes in the plastic wrap with a toothpick to facilitate exhaust. Bake on high heat for three minutes, then take out, turn over and fry for another 30 seconds before serving.
