1. Knead the dough until there are no bubbles. Cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes. Then use a rolling pin to roll the dough into large sheets and set aside.

2. Soak the vermicelli in advance. Grate the radish into shreds, cut the green onion leaves into small slices, cut the ginger into thin shreds, chop the vermicelli, and cut the tofu into small pieces. Put the above ingredients into a small bowl, add salt, pepper powder and oil. Stir well. stand-by

3. Spread the mixed shredded radish evenly on the large dough. Roll into a tube as shown in the picture. Then make cuts every 5 cm. After cutting. Put it in the steamer, don't put it vertically, or the oil will flow into the pot. Lay flat in the pan. Steam for 15 minutes and serve.
