How to make loofah noodles

Now that people’s lives are better, they have become more careful about what they eat. In the past, people ate to fill their stomachs. Nowadays people eat it to prolong their life. So, how can we use "eating" to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce you to the method of making loofah noodles.

1. Cut the loofah into strips

2.1 When mixing noodles, you can add an egg and some salt, or you can leave it out. Add water while mixing the noodles.

3.2 Cut green pepper into strips and mince ginger and green onion

4.1 Add the loofah and stir fry

5.2 Put ginger and scallion into the wok and fry until the water is gone. Then add peanut oil (add oil first and then ginger and scallion, the oil will splash out). You can add a little more oil. When the pan is fried, add green pepper and fry for a while. You can add some salt. This way the bottom of the pan is fried and it will taste very fragrant.

6. When the loofah is almost cooked, add boiling water

7. After the water boils, add the mixed noodles and stir constantly to prevent them from sticking together or sticking to the bottom of the pot. Cook on low heat for a while.
