How to make rich flavored clay pot rice

4.2 Blanch the rapeseed until cooked and set aside (add some salt and a few drops of vegetable oil to the water when blanching to make the vegetables greener)

5.1 Add the soaked rice, pour in an appropriate amount of water, and bring to a boil over high heat.

6.2 Spread the ginger slices evenly on the bottom of the pot and pour in a little vegetable oil to prevent the rice from sticking to the pot.

7. After boiling over high heat, place the sausage slices on top while there is still some water on the rice.

8. Continue to cook over low heat until the rice is cooked through and the sausage is fragrant. Turn off the heat and simmer for ten minutes.

9. Place the blanched rapeseed on top, pour in the prepared seasoning sauce, steam over low heat for a while, turn off the heat, and simmer for a few minutes.

10. After stewing, stir it and you can eat it.
