How to make Tamagoyaki

For many foodies, seeing delicious food is their greatest happiness, so today I will give you a chance to learn how to make this tamagoyaki with me. I believe that it will taste even better when you do it yourself!

1.Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and stir slightly.

2.12 Add 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1-2 tablespoons of milk (1 tablespoon makes the omelette firmer, while 2 tablespoons makes the omelette softer), stir well and set aside.

3.21 Fold a small piece of kitchen paper, dip it in a proper amount of oil, and evenly apply a layer of oil on the heated tamagoyaki pan.

4. Pour in half of the egg liquid, keep the heat on medium-low, quickly spread the egg liquid without causing bubbles, then fold it several times from front to back with chopsticks and push it to the front.

5. Apply oil again, pour in the remaining egg liquid, fold it a few times and turn it over and it's done.

6. Cut into pieces after serving.

7. The egg liquid on the cut surface is densely integrated.

8. It can be eaten directly or used as a lunch dish.
