1. Soak mung beans for 6 hours in advance

2. Steam the beans in a steamer for 50 minutes, open the lid 3 times and sprinkle with cold water 3 times to prevent the beans from drying out.

3. When most of the beans have bloomed, remove from the heat.

4. Put the mung beans in a food processor, add cold water to just cover the beans, and blend into a paste.
