8. Mix the cake batter;

9. Spread the remaining 20 grams of chopped red dates evenly on the bottom of the mold;

10. Pour in the mixed cake batter and smooth it with a spatula; pick it up and shake it hard on the table to shake out the big bubbles inside;

11. Put the cake into the preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 45-50 minutes. After taking out the baked cake, immediately turn it upside down on the cooling rack to cool, then remove it from the mold, cut it into pieces and enjoy.
