2. Pour hot water into the pot, put the squid tentacles in to blanch them, then take them out and rinse them with cold water. Finally, drain them and set aside.

3. Put oil in the pot, add the squid tentacles and stir-fry over high heat, add soy sauce, salt, a small amount of MSG, cooking wine, and thirteen spice powder.

4. Finally, add the leeks and stir-fry over high heat.

Fried Chicken with Young Ginger

Ingredients: 1 three-yellow chicken, 1 large piece of young ginger, some red and green peppers, appropriate amount of garlic, cut into thin slices, 2 spoons of spicy girl chili sauce, 2 spoons of cooking wine, 2 spoons of soy sauce, a little oyster sauce, and a little chicken essence.

1. Prepare a three-yellow chicken, wash it and cut it into small pieces.

2. Heat the oil to 70%, add the ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the chicken pieces and stir-fry. Add two spoons of cooking wine and stir-fry. When the water is slightly dry, add two spoons of soy sauce and continue to stir-fry.

3. Add two small bowls of water, not enough to cover the chicken, cover the pot and simmer for a while. When the sauce is almost absorbed, open the lid, add small chili peppers and garlic slices, and stir-fry for a while.

4. Add two spoons of spicy hot sauce, a little oyster sauce, stir-fry together, add a little chicken essence, and done.

Green Beans with Olives and Minced Pork

Ingredients: pork filling, green beans, olives, salt, cooking wine, and garlic in appropriate amounts.

1. First wash the green beans and then cut them into small pieces. Chop the garlic into minced paste and set aside.

2. Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot, add the minced meat and stir-fry after the oil is hot, then add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, stir-fry and remove from the pot for later use.

3. Leave a small amount of oil in the pan, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the green beans and stir-fry evenly. This is the recipe for Hunan cuisine home cooking.
