How to make pork dumplings with preserved vegetables

8. After stir-frying briefly, the dried vegetables have absorbed the soup and add appropriate amount of MSG before serving.

9. Wash the fresh rice dumplings leaves and boil them for a few minutes, then rinse with cold water and drain.

10. Take a piece of rice leaf and fold it over about one-third of the way from the head.

11. Put a layer of glutinous rice first, then add the fat and lean preserved vegetables and meat, and then put another layer of glutinous rice.

12. Fold the other third up, wrap it up, and tie it tightly with a rope. After the water in the pressure cooker boils, put the rice dumplings in and cook for about 30 minutes after the water starts to boil.
