How to make homemade egg pancakes

It is nice to eat at home usually and eat out occasionally to change the taste, but now some people do just the opposite, they always eat out usually and cook for themselves occasionally. 1. Sprinkle a spoonful of salt in warm water and start kneading the dough. The softer the dough is, the better. Salt is for flavor.

2. After kneading the dough and letting it rest for 20 minutes, it will become a honeycomb shape.

3. Take the dough out of the bowl, and remember not to sprinkle flour when kneading it. Knead the dough into long strips.

4. Cut into small pieces of uniform size.

5. Press small pieces of dough into round shapes.

6. Roll each small dough into long strips, making them as thin as possible, and sprinkle a layer of oil on the surface.

7. Start rolling up the noodles from bottom to top and roll them tightly.

8. Stand the rolled dough upright and flatten it from top to bottom with the palm of your hand.

15. I spread garlic chili sauce on the egg-filled pancake, but you can also put sweet noodle sauce. You can add shredded potatoes according to your personal taste.
