How to make pork porridge

1.1 Boil the Wenchang chicken fat oil, do not fry it, the oil should be mild and low in heat.

2.2 Ingredients: • Pork belly • Chinese cabbage (baby cabbage can also be used) • Potatoes (peeled) • Northeastern rice (soaked in cold water for 30 minutes) • Wild mushrooms (soaked in cold water until soft) • Dried scallops • Old ginger • Garlic • Wenchang chicken fat oil • Salt • White pepper

3.1 Add the crushed garlic and pork belly and stir-fry until the edges turn caramel color.

4.2 When the water content gradually decreases, add the ginger slices and cook until all the water evaporates.

5. Add diced potatoes and stir-fry together.

6. Pour in water and put in the soaked and cleaned wild mushrooms. After the sand and mud in the soaked water have settled, pour the clear soup into the pot, leaving the mud and sand at the bottom of the bowl. Add rice, scallops, salt and white pepper. Cover and simmer for 1.5 hours or until the rice soup becomes sticky, stirring 2-3 times in between.

7. Separate the leaves and stems of the Chinese cabbage, cut the stems into small pieces and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then put them into the porridge together with the leaves and stew for 10 minutes.

8.Try it while it’s hot, enjoy~
