6. Put it in a bucket and ferment until it doubles in size (I fermented it in an air-conditioned room while I was sleeping at noon, about 80 minutes)

7. Knead the risen dough for a while to release air and shape it

8. Put it in the oven, adjust it to the fermentation mode, and carry out the second fermentation. Put a bowl of boiling water in the oven to maintain humidity

9. After the second fermentation is completed, brush with egg liquid and put it in the lower middle layer of the preheated oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes. When the time is up, take it out and let it cool
