1. Ingredients: 250g glutinous rice flour, 50g cornstarch, 70g sugar, white sesame seeds, milk

2. Add appropriate amount of milk and sugar, heat over low heat until the sugar dissolves, and set aside until warm.

3. Mix the glutinous rice flour and cornstarch, pour warm milk on it and make a soft dough

4. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise for 30 minutes

5. Divide the risen dough into several small portions and roll them into balls

6. Roll the balls with sesame seeds

7. Rub it with your hands again to make the sesame seeds stick firmly, and shake off the excess sesame seeds.

8. Heat the oil in the pan until it is about 50% hot, then add the sesame balls

9. Fry over medium-low heat, turning the sesame balls from time to time to ensure even heating.

10. Fry until golden brown and drain.
