Cordyceps and American Ginseng

I believe many people have heard about the effects of Cordyceps sinensis and American ginseng on the human body. Moreover, the preciousness of Cordyceps sinensis and American ginseng is comparable. In particular, Cordyceps sinensis has become increasingly rare due to the destruction of the environment in recent years. However, if you stew Cordyceps sinensis and American ginseng together, you should be able to feel the nourishing effect of the soup without having to explain it. Here is an introduction to the method of stewing Cordyceps sinensis and American ginseng.

Chicken Soup with Cordyceps and American Ginseng (《Beauty Porridge Slimming Soup》)

Features: Cordyceps and American ginseng chicken soup has an excellent effect of replenishing qi, can promote blood circulation, warm the body, increase the body's resistance to bacteria, and prevent various skin inflammation symptoms caused by bacterial infections.

Ingredients: 1 whole chicken, 3 scallions, 5 slices of ginger, 20g each of American ginseng and cordyceps, 12 red dates;

Seasoning: 1-2 tablespoons salt Method:

1. Remove the internal organs and excess hair from the whole chicken, wash it, and blanch it in boiling water; wash the green onions and cut them into sections; peel the ginger and slice it; wash the American ginseng, cordyceps sinensis, and red dates and set aside.

2. Put all the ingredients into the pot, add water until they are completely covered, bring to a boil over high heat then simmer over low heat for 1 hour and add salt to taste.

Note: Using local chicken will have better health-preserving effects, while choosing black-bone chicken will have more conditioning and nourishing effects.

Another most common way to take it is to grind Cordyceps sinensis and American ginseng into powder and take it. You can grind the powder in a 1:1 ratio and put it into capsules, and take 2-4 capsules a day.

Contraindications of Cordyceps sinensis and American ginseng: People with symptoms of internal heat such as dry mouth, constipation and easy nosebleeds are not suitable for taking Cordyceps sinensis and American ginseng. Children who are prone to diarrhea and bloating are also not suitable for American ginseng.
