How to make pork, lotus root and celery dumplings

7. When the dough is resting, put chopped green onion and appropriate amount of sesame oil on the meat filling, and then continue to stir in one direction.

8. Roll the dough into long strips, cut into equal pieces, and then use a rolling pin to roll into round dumpling wrappers.

9. Put appropriate amount of meat filling into the dumpling skin and wrap it into your favorite shape. After the water boils, put the dumplings into the pot. After the water boils again, add cold water twice in between to make it easier for the dumpling filling to be cooked.

10. When the dumplings float completely, cook them for a while and then take them out and put them on a plate. Thin skin and large filling, with fragrant meat, crispy lotus root and fragrant vegetables. When you take a bite, there is soup inside.
