Although this dish is expensive, it is indispensable for children and the elderly

Beef is rich in protein and amino acids. Its composition is closer to the needs of the human body than pork, and can improve the body's disease resistance. It is especially suitable for people who are growing and developing and recuperating after surgery or illness in terms of replenishing blood loss and repairing tissues.

On the weekend, my dad bought some beef, which was really expensive, 36 yuan per pound. I originally wanted to stew the beef, but it was too troublesome, so I just stir-fried it. To be honest, this was my first time making stir-fried beef, but after I made it, my dad and husband both said it was delicious.

Beef is delicious, but it is indeed not cheap. Ordinary people still mainly eat pork, and beef is only eaten occasionally. At least this is the case in our family. We don’t understand what the life of rich people is like. Although beef is expensive, it is particularly suitable for children who are in the growing and development stage. So adults don’t have to eat it, but children should try to eat it once or twice a week. My daughter basically eats it once a week, not much. But today's dish is not specially cooked for her. It contains chili peppers, which children cannot eat.

Ingredients: beef, green pepper, red pepper, green onion, peppercorns, ginger, garlic, starch (a little bit), soy sauce

Production steps:

1. Clean the beef, cut into thin slices, put it on a plate, add ginger, salt and a small amount of starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

2. Wash the green and red peppers, then cut them into strips. I used pointed peppers as we like a little spiciness.

3. Heat oil in a hot pan and turn on low heat. Put the peppercorns in a strainer, fry them in the pan until the peppercorns taste good, then take them out. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until the water is dry (the beef bought from the market has a lot of water, so there will be a lot of water during the frying process), then add ginger and garlic and stir-fry together.

4. Shovel the fried beef to one side of the pan, add a small amount of oil, green pepper, red pepper, and salt, stir-fry for a few times, then continue to stir-fry with the beef.

5. After it is cooked, add a small amount of light soy sauce and stir fry evenly, then add some green onions and serve.

It is said that beef can be eaten once a week and not too much, so my friends should eat it in moderation!
