DIY Cream Strawberry Cake

1. Prepare materials

2. Separate the egg yolk and egg white in a basin without water or oil.

3. Add 20 grams of sugar to the egg yolk and mix well

4. Add corn oil and milk and mix well

5. Sift the flour into the egg mixture.

6. Stir until there are no particles

7. Beat the egg whites until they are inverted triangle shape

8. Add one-third of egg whites to the egg mixture and mix well.

9. After mixing well, pour in the remaining two-thirds of egg whites and mix well up and down. Remember not to make circles.

10. Pour the egg mixture into the mold and shake it a few times to remove the bubbles.

11. Preheat the oven to 140°C and bake for 40 minutes.

12. After taking it out of the oven, turn it upside down and let it cool completely before demoulding.

14. Divide the cake into two, spread the cream on the middle layer and put the strawberry pieces

15. Place the second layer and apply butter evenly around it.

16. Decorate the cake with strawberries and add some cream flowers.
