Celery seafood mushroom recipe

1. Soak the fungus in advance, wash and dry it.

2. Prepare the ingredients and wash them clean

3. Chop onion and ginger

4. Chop the dried pepper and garlic

5. Cut the seafood mushroom into two parts

6. Cut carrots into thin strips

7. Cut the celery into long pieces and split the thick ones

8. Boil the fungus in boiling water for two or three minutes

9. After removing the fungus, blanch the celery.

10. Take it out and put it in a basin of cold water to rinse it, then take it out and drain it. Do not soak it in water.

11. Heat the pan with cold oil, sauté onions, ginger, garlic and dried peppers

12. Add the seafood mushrooms and shredded carrots and fry the seafood mushrooms until fragrant.

13. Add celery and black fungus and stir fry evenly.

14. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and soy sauce, stir-fry over high heat for ten seconds

15. Add salt and chicken powder and stir-fry evenly.
