How to make Hakka Yong Tofu

A reasonable diet is the only way for us to maintain good health. Many people neglect their diet due to their busy work, which is actually not right. In fact, cooking by ourselves does not take up too much of our time. The method of stewing Hakka stuffed tofu is easy and it is easy to learn even without any basic knowledge.

1. Prepare the ingredients, wash and set aside.

2. Peel the front leg meat and chop it into minced meat. Chop the garlic into foam.

3. Add minced garlic, light soy sauce, salt and cornstarch to the minced meat and marinate for 15 minutes.

4. Cut the tofu into pieces, 1 piece of tofu into 2 pieces.

5. Stuff with meat filling.

6. Chop green onions and set aside.

7. Heat oil in a frying pan and add tofu with the meat side facing down.

8. Fry until the surface is golden brown.

9. Pour in appropriate amount of water and light soy sauce, cover the lid, and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes. During the simmering process, turn the tofu over halfway to allow the tofu to be evenly flavored.

10. After 8 minutes, add cornstarch and water to thicken the sauce and pour it into the pot.

11. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens.

12. Serve, sprinkle with chopped green onions, pour in the soup, and you can serve and enjoy!
