How to make Korean kimchi noodles

Who doesn't want to live a healthy life? In fact, many diseases can be completely avoided. They are delicious and healthy. It is a highly recommended home-cooked dish.

1. Prepare the ingredients, cut onion into strips, chives into sections, sausage into slices, garlic into slices, wash and break the enoki mushrooms into small pieces for later use;

2. Add ham slices, sausage slices and pickles;

3. Heat a little salad oil in the pan, add garlic slices and onion shreds and stir-fry until fragrant;

4. Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil, add instant noodles, corn and enoki mushrooms, and half of the chili sauce seasoning packet;

5. Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce for seasoning;

6. Add a raw egg, cover the pot and simmer for a while;

7. Add a little chicken powder to season before serving and add a slice of cheese;

8. Pour the cooked Korean kimchi noodles into a container and sprinkle with white sesame seeds and green onions to make the taste more rich and delicious!
