How to make pork and eggplant noodle soup

The preparation of pork and eggplant noodles is not complicated. You only need to wash the ingredients and cut them simply. It is also very important to control the heat for this dish. It only takes a few minutes to turn off the heat and serve.

1. Chop the pork and dice all the vegetables

2. Prepare the ingredients

3. Add minced pork

4. Heat the pan, add half of the onion and sauté until fragrant.

5. Fry until almost cooked, add the fragrant sauce and stir fry evenly

6. Add carrots and stir-fry for two minutes

7. Add eggplant and green pepper

8. Add salt, five-spice powder, soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger powder, garlic juice to the pot and stir well.

9. Add half a bowl of water

10. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat and cook for about eight minutes. Add the other half of the onion and thicken with water starch. Mix well and turn off the heat.

11. Boil water in another pot and prepare the noodles.

12. Boil water and cook noodles

13. Cook until done, remove from the water and rinse in cold water

14. Put the noodles on a plate, pour the sauce on them, and mix well when eating.
