How to make pickled fish in a hot pot

The nutritional value of Minglu kimchi fish is very high. As winter comes quietly, preparing such a dish on the winter dinner table is very appetizing and can stimulate your appetite. 1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Slice the fish.

3. The fish pieces are marinated. Take about 5 pieces of bone-in fish pieces and fry them in a frying pan until golden brown. Remove from the pan and drain the oil.

4. Marinate the fish fillets with egg white, cornstarch, pepper and cooking wine.

9. Pour the boiled food into the bowl with bean sprouts and add potato starch.

10. Pour the fried fish fillets and the oil into the bowl containing food, and then you can serve it on the table.

11. Turn on the stove, light the fire, put the bowl with the ingredients on it and cook for a while, then sprinkle with chopped green onions.
