1. A Maozui braised chicken (other braised chickens are also fine, I chose this one because Tuo Tuo’s mother likes the taste)

2.1 Half an onion, one green pepper and one red pepper, cut them all into strips, and cut the dried chili pepper into small pieces

3.2 Tear into long strips of uniform thickness by hand

4. Pour a small amount of oil into the wok, heat it up to 80% hot, add the ingredients from step 3 and fry until fragrant, add half a spoonful of salt, and fry until water comes out slightly.

5. Add the shredded chicken into the pot, add a large spoonful of chopped pepper sauce, a few drops of dark soy sauce, a few drops of Maggi sauce, a spoonful of abalone sauce, a small amount of water, and stir-fry evenly.

6. When the water is almost dry, add a small amount of chicken powder and pepper, stir well, and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds when serving.
