How to make pork kimchi soup

Cooking is a luxury for urbanites. Many people do not have the habit of cooking at home. The kitchen has gradually become a decoration. Simple cooking is what many people are pursuing nowadays. Pork and kimchi soup can be prepared quickly without waiting for a long time.

1. Cut kimchi into small pieces

2. Add 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon soy sauce and marinate for 30 minutes.

3. Cut the pork into small pieces, add 2 tablespoons of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and appropriate amount of pepper powder, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes

4. Cut tofu, green pepper, onion and scallion into pieces and set aside

5. Add oil to the pan over high heat until the oil is hot, then add the marinated pork and stir-fry over medium heat

6. When the pork turns white, add the pickled kimchi and continue to stir-fry.

7. Add chopped onions after the meat is cooked

8. Pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes

9. Then add the chopped onions, green peppers, and tofu. You can continue to cook for a while or serve it on a plate according to your personal taste.
