How to make steak salad

There is a wide variety of delicious food in modern snack bars. There is one kind of food that is particularly popular among office workers, and that is salad steak. If time permits, you can also make your own salad steak with fresh chicken, rice, and add mushrooms, beef, pork and other ingredients according to your personal taste. It is more suitable for friends who need to lose weight.

1. After washing the beef tenderloin, use the back side of a knife (the side without a blade) to loosen the surface of the beef to make it easier to flavor.

2. Apply appropriate amount of salt and crushed black pepper evenly on both sides of the beef and marinate for more than an hour.

3. Prepare the side dishes for the salad: cut the purple cabbage into thin strips, slice the cherry tomatoes, and cut the lettuce into small pieces.

4. Put the vegetables into a container, add appropriate amount of salad dressing and mix well for later use.

5. Put an appropriate amount of olive oil in a frying pan, add the marinated beef, and fry on medium heat for two minutes.

6. Turn over and fry for another two minutes.

7. Cut the fried steak into pieces and place it on a plate with the vegetable salad.

8. Pour a spoonful of black pepper juice and a little water into the pan where the steak is fried and cook until it becomes thick.

9. Pour over the steak.
