How to make healthy fried dough sticks

Healthy small fried dough sticks are very healthy and affordable. If you make them yourself, the ingredients do not need to be too complicated, and you can cook a dish with a strong homely taste. Children also like to eat this dish. You can add peas, carrots, potatoes, bacon and other ingredients according to different methods and match them with your favorite ingredients.

1. Weigh the flour and set aside!

2. Weigh everything, add baking soda, baking powder, eggs, and salt, dissolve them in water, pour them into the flour bowl, and start kneading the dough!

3. Knead the dough until it is softer. If it feels hard, add water little by little while kneading. Knead it for five minutes until it becomes a smooth dough. Apply oil to the dough without getting your hands wet. Apply oil to a small bowl, put in the fried dough sticks, seal it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight!

4. Take it out in the morning, spread out the dough, and roll it with a rolling pin!

5. Cut into long strips, stack two together, press on the surface with chopsticks or press firmly with your hands to prevent the two pieces from separating during frying!

6. Heat the oil in a pan until it reaches about 200 degrees (if you are not sure about the temperature, you can put a small dough in to test the oil temperature first). Start putting the fried dough sticks in, and wait until they puff up and float to the surface. Fry them back and forth, and when both sides are golden brown, they are ready to be removed from the pan. Take them out and drain the oil on the iron wire!

7. Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
