The first thing that comes to mind is definitely using an oven. In fact, you don’t necessarily have to use an oven to make cheese baked mashed potatoes.

Many people also insist on eating potatoes to lose weight because potatoes produce lower calories than rice and contain only 0.1% fat. The protein in potatoes is better than that in soybeans and is closest to animal protein. Potatoes are rich in lysine and tryptophan, which is incomparable to other grains. Method 1

Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces and put them into a bowl

Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the microwave for 3-5 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent it from turning over. Or you can steam it directly without the need for a microwave.

Chop onions, carrots and meat

Heat the pan and add butter

Once melted, sauté onions, minced meat and carrots over high heat for 1 minute

Pour the fried onion, carrot and minced meat into the microwaved potato slices

When it cools down to a level that is not too hot to touch, add black pepper and salt, put on disposable gloves, and crush all the ingredients to make mixed mashed potatoes.

Spread mozzarella cheese on the mashed potatoes and sprinkle with chopped green and red peppers

Put it in the oven, 180 degrees, middle layer, upper and lower heat, for about 10 minutes. Pay attention and observe. When you see the surface of the cheese is colored, you can turn off the heat immediately. If you don’t have an oven, you can use a microwave, about 3-5 minutes, but you must pay attention to it to avoid turning it over.

1. Peel and steam the potatoes

2. Put it into a fresh-keeping bag while it is still hot and use a rolling pin to mash it into a paste

3. Put it in a bowl, add a little salt, pepper and milk and mix well

4. Chop onions, carrots, yellow peppers and green peppers, melt butter in a frying pan, add onions and sauté until fragrant, then add carrots and fry until soft, add a little salt to taste, turn off the heat, add yellow peppers and green peppers, stir well and serve

5. Mix into mashed potatoes

6. Fill the baking bowl 70% full

7. Spread mozzarella cheese on the mashed potatoes

8. Preheat the ACA-GT400 oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
