9. Sift in the remaining 1/2 cake flour.

10. Use a rubber spatula to stir the flour and egg mixture thoroughly from the bottom up.

11. Pour 60ml of salad oil into the batter.

12. Stir well.

13. Pour the cake batter into the mold, 2/3 full.

14. Place the mold in the middle layer of a preheated 190 degree oven for 15 minutes.

15. The surface turns golden yellow and it is out of the oven.

16. Let it cool, put it on a plate and enjoy.
