How to make pickled cabbage tofu

1. Boil a pot of chicken soup first

3. Prepare ginger slices, scallions, garlic, and peppercorns as shown.

Place bean sprouts and mushrooms in a hot pot, pour in the broth, cut the tofu into three large pieces with a spoon, and place them on the surface of the broth (I used three boxes of Qingmei tofu), then add your favorite hot pot dishes, such as chicken, oyster mushrooms, button mushrooms, meatballs, live shrimps, crab sticks, etc. Finally, garnish with some green and red pepper rings.

9. Cook for a few minutes after boiling and you can enjoy it.
