4. White cowpea. Wash and set aside. Ever since white cowpeas were sold in the vegetable market, I bought some to make porridge with, and I really like it. Every time I cook it, it tastes smooth, glutinous, fragrant and sweet.

5. I also want to eat vegetable porridge, but there are no vegetables today, and I don’t have the energy to go out to buy vegetables. There are only carrots, radishes and potatoes at home. It is said that carrots and white radishes should not be eaten together, so the only options are carrots and potatoes. But both kinds of porridge will taste good.

6. Put all the rice, beans and carrot cubes into the purple clay stew pot. You can’t put the diced potatoes in now, or they will cook away.

7. Boil about 750ml of water and pour into the purple clay stew pot.

8. Purple clay stew pot, plug in the power supply and switch to automatic mode.

9. Cook for more than an hour, open the lid and add the diced potatoes. Simmer for another hour or more.

10. Fragrant rice and millet, glutinous white cowpea and diced potatoes, original barley and carrots, delicious porridge!

11. Serve a bowl of porridge and quickly stir-fry a coral radish. When eating at night, the food should be light, original, and nutritious.
