11. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 25 minutes. Take out and place upside down on the baking tray rack. Remove the baking paper, then spread the baking paper on the egg roll blank and remove the rack.

12. Spread strawberry jam (homemade) or other flavors of jam you like

13. Roll up the cake, wrap it tightly with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator to set.

14. After shaping, take it out and slice it.
