They are both easy to cook, so there is no need to blanch them. 5. Heat the oil in a pan again, add the onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant; 6. Add peppercorns and dried red pepper segments and stir-fry until fragrant; 7. Then add two tablespoons of bean paste and two tablespoons of dry pot ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant; 8. After the base is fried, add the green bamboo shoots and dried tofu and stir-fry evenly; 9. Add the fried potato strips and carrot strips and stir-fry; 10. After stir-frying evenly, add the blanched vegetables and stir-fry quickly over high heat; 11. Add onions and stir-fry quickly over high heat to bring out the onion aroma; 12. Add the crispy sausage and crab sticks at the end; 13. Quickly, you must be quick, stir well and then you can serve; 14. Sprinkle sesame seeds and coriander on the dish to enhance the flavor.
