How to make sauerkraut steamed meat

In this case, they must pay attention to dinner, otherwise the body's nutrition may not keep up. Steamed meat with sauerkraut is simple to prepare and very nutritious, it is worth recommending.

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Put the pork belly in boiling water and blanch it.

3. Slice the pork belly; soak the sauerkraut in clean water for half an hour and chop it into small pieces. Ready to use.

4. Heat up a pan with oil, sauté the minced garlic, add the pork belly and stir-fry, sprinkle some white wine, add salt, light soy sauce and sugar to season.

5. Pour in the sauerkraut and stir-fry for a while, then add some water and simmer for a while. Serve on a plate and garnish with some red pepper (if you like spicy food, just stir-fry it with the pork belly).

6. Put the steaming tray into the rice cooker when the rice is half cooked and steam for 20 minutes. (It takes 40 minutes to cook rice in my rice cooker).

7. Serve and take a photo of the finished product.
