4. Add 40 grams of water to gelatin powder and mix well

7. Add water to gelatin powder to dissolve it into liquid, pour it into strawberry yogurt and mix quickly.

8. Add sugar to the whipped cream and beat until it becomes flowable and has textures. Since there is no sugar in yogurt, if you use commercially available yogurt that is sweetened, you need to consider the amount of sugar. I made my own yogurt without sugar, so I only used 30 grams of sugar

9. Mix the strawberry yogurt and whipped cream evenly and the strawberry yogurt mousse is ready.

10. Take the mousse ring out of the refrigerator and pour in the mousse liquid. Refrigerate for about 4 hours.

11. Mirror-like method: Add 50 grams of strawberries and water to make strawberry juice. Mix the gelatin powder and strawberry juice evenly, then slowly pour it into the mousse ring for decoration.

12. Demoulding: Use a hair dryer to blow hot air around the mould, hold both sides of the mousse ring with both hands and gently lift it up to demold, then put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
