How to make dumplings with loofah filling

A bowl of fragrant loofah-stuffed dumplings is sure to be mouth-watering, and it is not difficult to make. The key to this dish is that the ingredients must be fresh and the cooking time must be well controlled. Add the local unique onion oil, and you will definitely want to eat it every day. 1. Prepare the meat filling, chop the green onion and ginger, and shred the loofah.

2. Prepare the noodles in advance

3. Wash the loofah with clean water three times

4. Take out and sprinkle some salt, stir evenly, and let it stand for 10 minutes.

5. Squeeze out excess water from the loofah, as shown in the picture

6. Add onion, ginger, peanut oil and pepper powder to the meat filling and mix well.

7. Add the loofah, stir well, then add salt, sesame oil and seasoning.

8. Make the dough into small pieces and roll them into round pieces

9. Put the filling in the middle of the dumpling skin

10. Pinch the edge and place it on the index finger of your left hand.

11. Place your right index finger under your left index finger and your two thumbs on the top of the dumpling.

12. Gently squeeze with both hands, and a dumpling is ready.

13. The dumplings are ready. Put them in the pot later.
