One is that there is too little oil or insufficient fire to make the beef ooze out water, so there may be more juice in the pot. The other is that the beef is well marinated and the frying method is also correct, so there is only a little soup in the pot or even no soup. If there is too much juice, you can use a little starch to make a thin starch and serve.
