How to make ice cream cake

When you are away from home, you can’t eat home-cooked meals, and you start to miss the meals you used to despise every day. In fact, an ice cream cake like this is suitable for you when you are away from home. The ingredients required for this dish are relatively common, and the method is simple. It can be completed in half an hour, allowing you to feel the taste of home.

1. Make the cake first: prepare all the ingredients

2. Put the egg white and egg yolk into two oil-free and water-free bowls.

3. Beat the egg yolks, add sugar and continue beating evenly.

4. Add milk and corn oil and continue beating until smooth.

5. Sift in low flour and stir until there is no dry powder.

6. The egg yolk paste is ready.

7. Add lemon juice to the egg white and beat with an electric whisk.

8. Beat until coarse bubbles form, add 1/2 of the sugar and continue beating.

9. Beat until fine foam appears, add the remaining 1/2 of the sugar and continue beating.

10. Beat until hard peaks form.

11. Scoop a spoonful of egg white paste into the egg yolk paste and mix well. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

12. Pour the egg yolk paste into the yellow and white paste and stir evenly.

13. The cake batter is ready.

14. Pour into the mold. Shake out the bubbles. Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

15. After taking out of the oven, shake the mold, turn it over, peel off the baking paper and let it cool.

16. After cooling, turn it over on the mat.

17. Use mousse ring to cut the cake.

18. Use a spoon to stir the ice cream into a paste.

19. Wrap the bottom of the mold with tin foil. Place a cake on the bottom.

20. Pour the ice cream into the half of the mold.

21. Add another slice of cake

22. Pour the ice cream in and smooth the surface.

23. Place in the freezer for more than 6 hours. Best to stay overnight.

24. Use a hair dryer to blow around the mold to demould it.

25. After removing from the mold, pour chocolate sauce on it and sprinkle with sugar. You can start eating.

The food in restaurants outside is likely to contain MSG, which is not healthy enough. Ice cream cake is simple to make, and only by making it yourself can you truly enjoy the delicious taste while being healthy.
