How to make cocoa cream cake

It is nice to eat at home usually and go out to eat occasionally to change the taste, but now some people do just the opposite, they always eat out usually and cook for themselves occasionally. In fact, this eating habit is very unhealthy. The method of cocoa cream cake is simple, and you can make it at home even if you have limited time.

1. Mix salad oil, granulated sugar and milk until the sugar melts, then sift in the flour and stir until there is no dry powder or particles.

2. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks, add the egg yolks to the batter, and put the egg whites into a clean container without oil or water.

3. Add fine sugar to the egg white powder three times in turn and beat with an electric whisk until dry foam

4. Take one-third of the egg whites and mix well with the cocoa batter.

5. Pour all the batter back into the remaining egg whites and mix well.

6. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with baking paper and spread it out.

7. Put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven, bake at 175 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes

8. Cut the cake slices into 6 equal rectangular slices, in groups of two.

9. Add sugar to whipped cream and beat until it is slightly fluid. Put it in the refrigerator to freeze for a while, then put it into a disposable piping bag with a round piping nozzle; take a piece of cake and squeeze whipped cream on it.
