How to make heart-shaped cake

If you often go to restaurants for convenience and end up having gastrointestinal problems or diseases, it is not worth it. 1. Prepare various ingredients and crush the spinach juice and filter out the juice.

2. Separate the eggs.

3. Make sure the egg white basin is free of oil and water.

4. Add 10 grams of white sugar to the egg yolk and beat until the white sugar and egg yolk are blended. +30g oil +35g spinach juice and mix well.

5. Then sift in 50 grams of low-gluten flour in two times. Sift in once and mix well, then sift in again and stir evenly.

6. Mix the egg yolk paste evenly.

7. Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites and pour in 30 grams of white sugar. Start whisking to beat egg whites.

8. This is how you fight in one gear for one minute. Just keep fighting.

9. Beat until the meringue forms a pointed hook shape, then stop beating.

10. Add one third of the meringue to the egg yolk and mix well.

11. Mix the egg yolks evenly and pour them all into the meringue again.

12. Stir evenly, stir from the bottom of the bowl upwards to mix well. Preheat oven to 130 degrees.

13. Pour the mixture into a six-inch mold. There is a little more egg batter.

14. Pour the remaining into a four-inch mold. Place together in preheated oven. Bake at 125-130 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

15. When the time is up, take out the cake and it will be a little cracked.

16. The 4-inch one was a bit too hot when baked because it was too thin.

17. Turn the two cakes upside down and remove them from the mold after they cool naturally.

18. Fortunately, the cake was not sticky when removed from the mould, and it is very soft.
