14. Whip the cream until 60%

15. Pour the whipped cream into the mango cheese paste three times, stir until smooth, pour into the mold, and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

16. Mirror surface production: Take 50g orange juice + 2.5g gelatin powder

17. Pour into a bowl and melt in hot water

18. After cooling, pour into the mold and refrigerate for more than one hour
