Vegetable sponge cake recipe

4. Beat the egg yolks and add sugar and mix well.

5. Add corn oil and stir well.

6. Then add the milk in three times.

7. Add the dried flour and baking powder and mix well.

8. Add 3-5 drops of lemon juice or white vinegar to the egg white and one third of white sugar.

9. After beating the egg whites until they are coarse bubbles like fish eyes, add one third of white sugar and beat at high speed until they are wet foams. Finally, add one third of white sugar and continue beating.

10. Beat until small peaks form when you lift the whisk.

11. Pour one third of the egg white into the egg yolk and mix evenly using the cutting and mixing method.

12. Pour the evenly mixed egg yolk paste into the egg whites, and continue to cut and mix until evenly mixed.

13. First, pour a layer of egg batter into the mold, then sprinkle a layer of bell pepper and strawberry tomato.

14. Pour a layer of egg batter and then sprinkle a layer of broccoli.

15. Pour another layer of egg batter and sprinkle another layer of bell pepper and tomato.

16. Finally, pour a layer of egg batter. Lift the mold and shake it twice, preheat the oven to 150 degrees, and bake on the lower layer for about 45 minutes.

17. A few cracks will not affect the taste!

18. Turn the mold upside down on the net to cool.

19. Remove the mold after cooling. Finished product picture!

20. Eat it however you want. If you make the cake yourself, you can eat it as you please!
