8. After fermentation, take the dough and hot water out of the oven, preheat the oven to 175 degrees, brush the surface of the dough with egg liquid, then sprinkle with white sesame seeds or flat kernel slices, put the baking tray in the middle layer and bake for 20 minutes. Ding! It’s out!
