1. Let's make the cake first. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites into two oil-free and water-free bowls.

2. Add sifted starch and low flour to egg yolk

3. Add milk and vegetable oil and mix well

4. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees, add white vinegar to the egg white and beat until there are fish eyes, then add half of the white sugar.

5. Beat until there are no obvious large bubbles and add the remaining sugar

6. Beat until the texture does not disappear

7. Add to the egg yolk paste three times and mix well by stirring.

8. Pour 80% of the quilt into the oven and put it in the oven at 130 degrees for 30 minutes.

9. Release

10. Now make the custard sauce. First add sugar to the egg yolk and mix well.

11. Bring milk to a boil

12. Slowly pour into the egg yolk and stir quickly.

13. Filter in the pot, continue heating and stirring until it is in this state. The custard sauce is ready.

14. Put it into the piping bag
