7. Use the arc of the palms to roll the two ends of the dough to make them thinner.

8. Perform a final fermentation for 45 minutes to allow the dough to ferment to twice its original size.

9. Finally, apply egg liquid and use scissors to cut some incisions. Bake in the oven
